Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
Are you interested in finding out more about Princes Medical Centre?
Would you like to influence the development of local health services?
Princes Medical Centre wants to hear your views and is therefore asking for new members to join the Patient Participation Group (PPG), so why not come along to discuss your ideas and hear about planned changes within the NHS at local level.
Meetings take place at: Princes Medical Centre
If you would like to come along to the meeting, or if you have any queries about the Patient Participation Group, then please contact: Wendy Alltoft (PPG Lead) on 342473
Discussion topics include but are not exclusive to:
- Why has the practice joined with other local practices to create the Hull Health Forward Confederation (HHFC)?
- What benefits does membership of the HHFC bring to the registered patient population?
- How can you (as a member of the PPG) help to make positive and worthwhile changes to our current services at the surgery?
- How do you see the PPG growing in order to help other patients and practice staff make the most of your presence?

Getting Your View
We at the surgery understand that people’s lives and lifestyles mean that you are busier than ever and that Social Media is playing an ever increasing part of our everyday lives.
Therefore, do you think that having a Virtual Patient Participation Group (VPPG) would be a more suitable platform to share news and listen to your thoughts/ideas?
